I have used the patient portal also i left a message friday 5/3/19 no response & also today 5/6/19 no response if oakhurst medical in Rockdale co ga would answer thier phones as fast as you answered my question. There would be no problem
I apologize that you have been unable to get through. I am not aware of any problems with the phone lines. If you have access to the patient portal, I would suggest submitting your request that way. Also you can call 404-298-8998.
