Terrible experience overall. To start, we had a party of 12. Obviously when parties are bigger gratuity is included. However, since gratuity is included, they feel that they shouldn’t have to try go above and beyond to provide reasonable customer service. When we were finally seated, no one came to ask if we’d ever been there before. They immediately jumped to the drinks, but told us the soda machine was down so I just stuck to the safest choice which was water. The meat was already at our table by the time we sat down so this was convenient. After cooking the meat, I didn’t realize the salt was sitting in one of the side dishes the entire time because no one took the time to explain that to us. This is my second time at a Korean bbq place, and every place is different so I figured they’d take the time to ask if we were familiar with items on the table. We were there an hour, maybe a little longer & not once did someone come and ask if we needed napkins, more utensils, more meat, literally ANYTHING. The only people that came to our table were the staff picking up the dirty dishes. I ended up using a baby wipe to wipe mine and my kids hands, because the music was so loud we couldn’t get the waiters attention. My brother in law finally got frustrated and walked to the bar to get his own drink. The grill was never offered to be switched out to a clean one (it was at a different Korean bbq restaurant). Overall, the service was subpar and I know it had to do with the fact that gratuity was already included with our party size. They also did not come to our table to offer us the check, so I ended up giving my brother in law my card to pay since he was still finishing his drink and I left. Maybe my expectations were high, because I had visited a different Korean BBQ restaurant in the past, but after experiencing what I experienced today, I’m convinced McDonald’s has better service. It honestly sucks because I left unhappy, unsatisfied and annoyed and they’re left with a bad review. Do not recommend at all.

Food coma. Or more specifically, meat coma. Yup, after eating here, just waking up from one and I can’t tell if it’s been days, weeks, or months. Probably just a few hours since I laid down but sheesh, this spot put it on my taste buds and tummy! (In a good way!) Came here with a group after work and had a lot of fun. The drinks were plentiful, featuring a wide selection of beers. Then the food, just wow! Different cuts and flavors of beef to chicken to pork to shrimp to octopus to veggies and so much more! Including my favorite - marinated beef short rib. And you get to cook it all in front of you, how you want it and when you want it. This restaurant was more of an experience instead of just another dining location. Definitely worth checking out!

This place has some tasty food! They have different prices for different selections, I loved it when they offered me different options! They have a great selection of meat, vegetables and pre-cooked food! I would recommend the steamed eggs and their beef! The staff are nice and friendly too:) However, I wasn’t pleased with their service, there were many times we finished all our food but the next order still had not come, they also missed our order several times and gave us the wrong order 🥲 Plus the music was extremely loud in this restaurant that I can barely hear my friends talking across the table.

Finally… I’ve found my fav Korean bbq and I almost don’t want to tell anyone about it. That’s just how amazing this place is! Enjoy some grade A fine dining my fellow foodies, and bring your appetite. Pros - staff - meat - quality - price - deals - environment Cons - the floor is mad slippery when it’s raining - I didn’t find this place sooner

Your question is directed to the community of local guides here on Google Maps. I'd suggest calling the location or going in to talk to a manger for best results.
Have mask on when entering take off when eating . Tables are at least 6 feet away really really nice and safe place to eat . Bring your appetite
It's $26 per person if everyone at the table agrees on that price, but it's a pretty good selection. I prefer the premium menu, but not everyone's up for the price.
No but it’s recommended so you can avoid long waits
Completely ready for you to cook!
They serve meat, chicken and some saefood. The sides are mostly gluten free
Yes they do Judith
I thing it woukd be better to go there physically and wait. It is worth it.
