I had better customer service with the IRS than, at this Arby’s. The cashier was great, that person was engaging and considerate. Let’s clear that part up. The guy who seemed to be like the manager, is rude. He seems to like to belittle his staff, rather than professionally addressing issues, and made tension in that place so thick, you could cut it with a knife. We saw folks where handling food with their bare hands, and the staff clearly didn’t want to be working, and make it very known to customers. The food is normally good and we didn’t have issues, except when items where made incorrectly, a minor issue in my opinion. We will never return to the Travelers Rest location, and will be sure to deter anyone who ask about that location.

Got to the speaker, the guy on the other end* his customer service was on POINT! FANTASTIC & the girl at the Window passing me the food, she was super sweet and very polite * Wasn't to impressed with the management. When I complimented the guy she had a "excuse me attitude " on her face. She didn't even acknowledge the compliment towards her staff. Food was good. I liked their regular fries better than their curly fries.

It's just annoying to order cheese sticks and not receive marinara sauce with them, no ranch with either chicken tender meals and no straws with 3 drinks. The food was good but it just seems the employees don't pay attention when bagging the order.

Today I decided to go to the Arby's in Travelers Rest,SC. After ordering I went Togo eat my food across from them in Walmart. I opened up my bag to no napkins and wrong sliders. I ordered the 2 jalapeños Roast beefs. What I got was just plain Roast beef. If I wasn't in such a hurry I would of drove back and talked to management. I did trying calling the number presented on my receipt and a had a woman answer with just hello. When I asked her if this was Arbys's she just hung up. Then called back same number and got a fax machine. So I'm letting Arby's and anyone else know you need to double check your orders before leaving.you won't have and luck contacting the resturant to inform them...Such an inconvenience. I'll add photos!!!
