The Blue and Red Shuttles make it very convenient getting to work in the morning. Don't know what I'd do with out this service honestly. Thank You.

No. The only stop in Tualatin is for the Tri-Met Max/Wes lines which are commuter trains. You would have to get to Portland and take the Max to Beaverton to get on the Wes, then to Tualatin. But the Wes only runs on week days during commuting hours.
Sold as per ride, but with a monthly cap of $100 (less for Honored and disabled riders). $5 max per day. Best way is to use a Hop card or phone app. It tracks how often you use so you can not pay more than maximum daily or monthly amount. Can be bought at many retailers, such as Fred Meyer. The virtual card can be bought via phone app. Paying at kiosks will not track usage. Hop passes are good on bus, MAX, WES, and streetcars, or any combination. More information in Hop pass and rates on the TriMet website or on the TriMet app.
On weekdays wes runs on mornings and evenings till beaverton TC and on weekends and afternoons you can catch 78 to beaverton TC
