CVS is the worst pharmacy I have EVER experienced! From Tallahassee, Ocala,Bellview now Inverness. I've had wrong amounts of medication, wrong medication, wrong due dates,etc...I would not use them except my with my insurance through work I have no choice. Much rather go with Publix or Walgreens!!!!!Very upsetting it's not like I'm ordering a cheeseburger somewhere this is my medication & health!!!!
My Life
If there were zero stars option that’s what they would get! One hour to drop off a prescription then cane back 2 1/2 hours later and was told I have to pick it up tomorrow oh and apparently you are automatically suppose to know their covid testing line ends at 5 and you are suppose to use that kind after 5 to pick up your prescription! The tall male pharmacist and lady that was working with him tonight were two of the most unprofessional people I have ever met! I guarantee I will never pay nor come through that pharmacy again I will make sure every family member and friend stay far away! That place should be shut down! When dealing with sick people they should learn the word empathy or even look up good work ethic! Do yourself a favor do NOT under any circumstances use this pharmacy!

First time filling a prescription at CVS. Scripts were called in at 9am, 1 was still pending when I arrived at 3:15pm. No problem, I waited. But when I attempted to check out I handed the cashier my coupons because I dont have insurance right now. There was an immense amount of attitude from the girl behind the counter that I didnt give them to her in the beginning and I should have known that. I wasnt aware that I needed to, I have never been here for scripts before. To give attitude to someone who is sick and not feeling well is not good customer service. I will not be back, I will pay more for my scripts if I get better customer service when I am sic .

I often go into this CVS in Inverness which is always clean and the staff friendly. However, on my most recent visit, I couldn't help but overhear snippets of a conversation between the cashier and the man in front of me. He was purchasing a gift card. I was not standing so near as to hear all the details of his purchase. But I did hear the cashier ask if the card was for him. I couldn't quite hear exactly what was being said so as I was next to checkout I took the liberty of asking the cashier why she asked that question. She said that a couple of years ago someone came in who was being threatened by someone waiting outside, forcing the elderly customer to purchase the card. <br><br>There is a lot of this going on and elderly people are usually the target. The cashier told me that now it is the store's policy to ask if the card is for them and was anyone forcing them to purchase it. I thought this was so great that CVS has made this a policy. It's a small thing but could have big consequences, like saving a person from being taken advantage of or worse. <br><br>CVS as a company has really impressed me by training cashiers to ask this question. Who knows, it could possibly save a life, especially if the bad guys are waiting outside and the cashier offers assistance to their customer by having them wait inside while she called the police. Well done, CVS.
