(Prior Review) I was able to find mattress pads that I needed. Staff member- Joe, explained the memory foam features of both kinds available, ( I bought both, for guest bed as well ) and Lisa searched & found my bed size, also helped me find my coupon for the discount savings reward during check out. They were awesome!, taking the time to help me. Thank you Joe, and Lisa! 😊 Oh my gosh, also- The mattress pads are super! We slept very well on them. I highly recommend.😴💤 👍😁 Today- 5/3/22- Found great deals- 50% Off on Air Fryer Ovens! And other items throughout the store. Awesome!!

We purchased 2 Broyhill gazebos from Big Lots in Inverness after having ordered one for pick up at another store that said it was available for pickup but was not available when we got there, so after talking to a district manager, we went to our local store in Inverness and met Grant, who was awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful, honored our our original price and was so pleasant and courteous, great experience! Grant was exactly the epitome of customer service!! So happy that still exists! Hope to work with him again on any future purchases!

Felt good being in here shopping. Loads of stuff. Not a lot of any one thing, but plenty and good variety. All the brands I use; I got everything I came for. Didn't like the bathroom, though... basically clean but dingey.
