Went to the party store to look for some 60th birthday balloons. Could not find a price for them and could not get anybody to even acknowledge me when attempted to ask a few questions. Both of the workers in there today were quite rude as they saw me standing by the desk and not one of them even spoke. The one was rude to the other customer in store and she had an attitude and a nasty tone of voice when ask how long she wanted the string on the balloon as she needed to know that before she blew up balloon. After standing there for about 4 minutes I walked out of the store. I will never return to that store I will take my business else where. If they dislike there job that bad they need to look somewhere else for a job. They were not busy only one other customer in store and she was getting a balloon so they were not busy they just didn’t care about customer service.

Tiffany is SO helpful I called to rent a helium tank she was so nice. I’ve rented a tank from them a few times and every time they are the best. Highly recommend the party store

From beginning to end this place was extremely unprofessional. From lack of communication to ruining 250$ worth of my property and not even acknowledging it or being willing to take any responsibility. They make promises and then don’t keep them. We paid over 800$ for rentals and I regret every penny of it.
