This was my first time going to a local computer repair shop and I was blown away by how helpful, kind, and unique of an experience it was. To quickly sell the place I live in Dade City so it's a nearly hour long drive to get to the shop and I can't see myself ever going anywhere else if I need computer help.. The owner was incredibly helpful and in a total of 30 minutes repaired mine and my best friends computers after mine fell over resulting in it refusing to turn on and hers suddenly slowing down after nearly a year of working fine. Owner is great for conversation and if you're lucky you'll meet the sweetiest golden retriever ever who acts like a mascot of the place.Prices were fantastic, area is full of other businesses to explore, and in general you should always trust a local computer expert over a chain to do their best and not rip you off. Amazing place.

I communicated with Bill during the week about my laptop that had died to see if he could at least retrieve the data from my hard drive. I'd already ordered a replacement laptop from a company in a panicked state since I'm a small business owner. I brought my laptop in, he figured out what part was broken, replaced it while I was there, and I'm going to cancel the computer I'd ordered. Great job - highly recommend!

I sent a text to Bill, got a callback early the following morning. I needed everything transferred from my old laptop to a new one. It was done within an hour. Bill also added some additional security to the new laptop, organized my apps and answered all my questions…this man knows what he’s doing! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and responsiveness, both at a fair price.
