Started out bad my first visit in the AM. I went back in the evening and saw Cameron and he ordered the Strat I wanted in the color I wanted and for the price I wanted. The best customer service I've had in a long time.

Came in to buy a guitar for my nephew for his 10th birthday, I was offered to also purchase a tuning device but I didn't want to spend extra cash so I asked the guy who sold it to me to tune it for me instead, he said he did but then it turned out to not be the case when the gift was opened, the guitar was completely detuned. I was also asked to provide an email for a digital receipt I requested, I asked not to sign me up for spam and yet I am now getting spam and the only way to unsubscribe is to log in to an account which I did not create and didn't ask for. The service was nice on the surface but I question this niceness given what I really got in the end.

Purchased on-line from the Salem / Keizer store 245 , Listed in " GREAT Condition a Sheraton II " BLACK " and it is very very nice! I tuned it up and played it through my 68 Twin Reverb amp, What sound it makes, Beautiful Guitar! Received in perfect condition. Very fast shipping. Awesome service! Thanks Marty! It has been a few weeks since I was in the keizer store each time I have been there. I have had great service. first time was around Christmas to buy my kid a guitar vary nice young man recommended a starter pack that was kinda the Christmas special. Took the time to search through and find the color my daughter wanted. Same time I picked up a new bass amp for my self. Went back for my other daughter's birthday got her a mini 6 string and a few accessories and a new fender amp as an upgrade to my current one for my 6 string. I was super happy with his knowledge and helpfulness. I had to ask his name again at the point of sale. Both times I was vary impressed with him. As I hope to see him in years to come. You can tell he is a person that enjoys his job. Thanks again Marty.
