Not really a musicians' instrument store. The shopkeeper was very keen on demonstrating how right he was about brands or extolling the superiority of his work. Shame I'll not go in again. Would not recommend.

Troubador Music is nothing short of amazing. I have purchased several instruments from them including a full size violin. You can see through their positive attitudes and willingness to help they are very passionate about music and about taking care of your instruments. These guys are honest and explain what they will be doing with your instrument before they repair it. They also take the time to learn what you are wanting to buy when lookin for your next instrument. Highly recommended for repairs and purchasing of instruments or accessories. I have and will continue to come back and recommend them to my friends and family. Love Troubador Music!

This place has become a staple for me. Kent is an amazing gentleman, plus the whole team is super friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable when it comes to their craft. It’s where I purchased my first violin, and Kent takes his time with you to make sure you walk away with the best instrument for you and with as much knowledge as possible about the instrument i.e stringing, care, ect. Just ask and they’ll help! It’s a hodgepodge of folk/string instruments and percussion instruments, if these are your flavor, I highly recommend this shop. I always look forward to my visits to Troubadour Music!

Best setups in town. Kent the owner has told me this more than once: "Stay as long as you want, play as much as you want, but please don't feel like you need to buy anything." Marley (Kent's apprentice) is helpful, thoughtful, and warm. Don't mind the few unreasonable 1 star ratings and silly comments. If your looking for high quality gear and craftspersonship go to Troubadour.

I usually see Kent in as early as 9 or 10, and he's usually there until they close at 6. I see him in the store most days as I currently work across the street. You think you might have it fixed or are you just going in for old time sake?
Probably, acoustic instruments primarily and acoustic electrics too.
They have banjos and lessons
