Some of the washers don't use enough water to get all the clothes wet let alone clean( I did receive a refund on that load). Some dryers don't get very hot. After going to another Laundromat, I have realized this place is a little expensive. Bathroom is always locked. Floors are dirty and they say free wifi but you can't get the password

First and foremost it is clean. Tables, carts, washers, dryers, walls, and floors. No fluids all over the top of the washers, and the TV works as well as the wifi. The only problem is the late night influx of homeless and panhandlers. Otherwise a Dr.cent laundry mat.
