About the only one that is accepting kids around the area some residents want to cause drama especially the teenagers causing problems but it's about the cheapest around. There is some crazy people or homeless that visit to try and take showers in the bathhouses as well.... this Florida so this is what comes with

I live here. It’s not bad. You do have some drama here and there but what place doesn’t when you have tight quarter living that’s not retirement living…it’s better than 3/4 of the all age living parks in Florida. I would recommend it if you’re staying for a short time or long time. Park is kid friendly. Good people live here.

Get there as soon as you can. They have space, but this is an awesome park...you'll want to stay awhile.

Above ground in fireplaces that can be bought. None open on the ground.
Yes, dogs, cats, and other pets are accepted. There are some breed restrictions, and proof of vaccinations are required. Additional costs, I don't know. Annual rates are very good compared to other parks.
Pop Up campers are ok. You can stay for a night, a few days, week or month. Our last stay was for 5 months. You do pay for electric on the monthly rates. Pets are ok, on a leash. Sites are full hook up.
Monthly is $600 + electric. You would have to check on availability for 12 months
Go to Sun communities and then pick the state of Florida then pick Spanish Main RV it will give you the number
