Yes, dogs, cats, and other pets are accepted. There are some breed restrictions, and proof of vaccinations are required. Additional costs, I don't know. Annual rates are very good compared to other parks.
From what I heard if you sign a two yesr lease lot rent is only $350.00 per month. Trust me when I say thats not bad. From what I heard its a good place. But they wont put up with BS from people .
Dogs on a leash are accepted. For rates, you will need to call the office and check with them.
