First off, let's be real, buying a car can be a stressful experience, especially in today's market. You got markups, shortages, you name it giving you headwinds to just getting behind the wheel of something you love and not hating yourself for how much you spent. It's gotten to the point you would almost rather just opt out of the experience altogether. Well I have to say that was not my experience. I was blown away with my experience at Power Kia in Salem. No problems. Straight forward communication. Reasonable prices. Outstanding service. I was confident it made sound financial sense, I didn't feel toyed with or manipulated and most importantly I got to enjoy the excitement of getting something I wanted without feeling like I had to trade my soul. The team here knows what they are doing. They had previously servicing my 10+ year old Forte which still ran great and I had always had a great experience at their service department. And let me tell you the sales team did not let me down either. I had the pleasure of working with Devin and I would definitely do business with him again. Overall, it was a positive and painless experience and they have earned my business for sure. I hope you all have an experience as great as mine.

Initially had an issue with a vehicle I was sold. It wasn’t so much the vehicle was a lemon. It ran great. It just didn’t have a feature I needed in my vehicle. I had been car shopping for a few months and went to a different Kia dealership not far from this one and had an awful experience. So naturally, walking in to this dealership I was nervous as hell! Devin was the absolute greatest! Living on the coast made it a little difficult in the beginning , Fortes we’re selling like hot cakes and by the time I was able to make it over, there were none left on the lot. I took a huge leap of faith and put a deposit down on one and he kept me updated till the very end. Car buying is nerve racking especially as a woman walking into a dealership alone. Devin literally made my car dreams come true without me feeling pressured, or as if I were being swindled. Would definitely 10/10 recommend .
