I found my 2016 Ford escape online. I went in after work to go and look at it and test drive. My co worker and I were met by a gentleman, his name is Sam. We had discussed that I was looking at this car and another that was in Portland and that I was going to be selling my 2013 dodge dart to car max the following day. He had asked his manager what they would be able to give me for my car, and was told I was better off going to car max. No big deal. Test drove the car loved it. I came back the next day with my husband to see what we could do price wise, Sam had offered to speak with a different manager that was there that day about taking my car and making it a one stop shop. They ended up matching what car max was going to give me and we paid the rest in cash. Sam went above and beyond and was so friendly and easy to work with throughout the entire sale. Not to mention, when putting the car In reverse it had this God awful beeping noise like you were backing up a semi, I had asked if that could be removed and Sam had it done while we were in the finance office. I look forward to working with Sam again in the future ! He was fantastic!

My husband and I had been looking into getting an Audi Q5 for awhile and we just so happened to see one on their lot! It was absolutely perfect and we got it! The service from the representative who helped us was impeccable! Jordan, you were so great! Cameron and I are so thankful for you going above and beyond for us! It was hands down the most swift, and easy purchase agreement/buying experience from a dealership we've ever had. And we most certainly had plenty of coffee from their tech-y coffee machine! The lobby was clean, and we were greeted with a smile and 'how's it going?' from everyone we interacted with. Even the finance representative, (I'm sorry, we can't remember your name but we hope you have fun on your upcoming vacation with your wife!) was wonderful and very detailed. Overall, wonderful experience. Thank you so, so much!

Erika was very helpful with our purchase. We had to travel a long distance to see the car. She had all the paperwork ready and we were pre approved for financing.
