I'm extremely happy with all aspects of our experience with Withnell service center. Very courteous employees. Phone conversations were friendly and helpful. My customer service technician was top notch and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. He explained every issue thoroughly. I never felt pressured to complete unnecessary repairs but yet feel confident that all the issues and suggested precautions and service items were taken care of. Receiving fast and complete service was terrific. The cost of all completed work ended being a bit lower then I thought it would total, which rarely happens. I'm a happy customer and recommend Hyundai's Service Center to any Hyundai owner, no matter what the year of the vehicle. Thank you Withnell Hyundai for the great job.

I had a great time buying a car here. (Mostly because they had the model and trim level I wanted, and it was the only one for that price point I could find in Oregon.) They were able to make the financing process smooth, explained everything in detail when I had questions. They stayed after hours so I could come by after work. And the whole process took under 2 hours. I do wish they had explained more of the new features the car comes with to me before I left, but I will end up doing that research on my own.

Very happy with my first service experience since purchasing my vehicle. Even though the place was under construction, they had wifi and a comfy-enough waiting area to get some work done. The staff were super friendly, also. The only negative was that I had to schedule several weeks out, but that's par for the course in every service industry these days.
