Sherwood on the Park is amazing. When I entered the community for the first time I was amazed at how beautiful everything looked. The office team is amazing, everybody is so nice. I went on a tour with Ana and she showed me a classic style unit so well kept that I immediately fell in love. She even showed me the new amenities that they are adding to the property. They are even adding a putting green!!! How cool is that? I applied online as soon as I got home and had a response in less than a day. I was so happy when I signed my lease!! 10/10 RECOMMEND!

I have had an amazing experience at Sherwood on the Park. Candace the manager is so welcoming and informative! Rob and Ana are nothing but pleasant. The community is undergoing renovations and they have been so great at letting every resident know of upcoming events. I truly recommend this community is a wonderful place to reside!!

Ana's service is top notch! She helped my partner and I throughout our journey in securing our home. Consistent communication during application as well as after settling in made us feel very welcomed in our new community. Along with that Sherwood is a beautiful, calm community. Very pet friendly with cool amenities such as a pool & newly renovated park. They truly care for their residents here based on my experience.

Today 01/15/2022 I visited Sherwood on the Park to look for an apartment. When I say my experience there was TOP TIER, I mean it. I am impressed! As soon as I entered the office I was greeted by Ana and she answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Once we went on the tour she showed me all the amenities and property. There was never an awkward moment with her and she gave me information about everything that was nearby as I am not familiar with the area. Thank you Ana for the awesome experience. I will definitely come back in June when I move to Florida
