I had tried calling to get a quote on some work for my car, but was only greeted by a man with a terrible attitude and no sense of customer service, I tried asking when I could come to get a quote or idea of how much I would pay but George kept cutting me off mid sentence to tell me to just drop my car off and then come back whenever, without even listening to what I need done or providing any information that I needed. Overall I’m actually glad I didn’t waste my time going there if I was being mistreated without even being on the physical site. I’ll take the extra drive to any other Firestone other than this one after dealing with this.

Jorge at firestone is awesome!!! He helped me get new tires for my car and gave me a great deal. He was kind and very helpful. We need more people like him in the work place.

Armando took excellent care of me today. His service was fast and he showed me how to read the tire dates on my car and the proper way to rotate tires. I bought a tire because there was a nail in it and it wasn't able to be patched or plugged. If your in need of service stop by or call. Ask for Armando the store manager. He is the best.

This one of for the customer service. when I took my car in, it was for one purpose only which I was assured would be handled by the end of the day. 2 days and some money later, a mechanic called me telling me that they don’t even offer the service I had agreed upon with the original man. I was on hold for 20 minutes waiting for the person who originally checked my car in. When I called back I was screamed at by a The mechanic. Never heard back from the original man who assured me my car would be handled. Do not come here they will scam you if they have any idea you don’t know about cars.
