First time I've been to any Bojangles that actually got my morning grilled chicken sandwich correct, without putting it on a biscuit, and actually remembering the tomatoes and mayo.

I stop by there today to get me some lunch. I got a Cajun filet sandwich club. The chicken was old dried out & the bacon was old. Oh the lettuce was soggy. No lemon in the tea. I didn't even eat it 😕. Never again.

I was extremely disappointed this morning. I ordered a sausage gravy biscuit combo with hashbrowns, two sausage biscuits, and a grilled filet biscuit. When I got home, there was no gravy and just a plain biscuit. Also there was a Cajun filet biscuit instead. Also the hashbrowns I got were soggy and Luke warm. The only thing that was right was the two sausage biscuits.

That's something they definitely need to be made aware of. Glad you called
No hot food place will take EBT. The only place i know of besides grocery stores is Papa Murphy's due to its literally take it home not cooked amd cook it at home. Its considered 'cold food'. Same with Starbucks COLD drinks and i believe Subway COLD sandwiches.
