We had a good experience with CarMax and like the business model. After dealing with so many dealerships in the South Florida area that listed cars that were either no longer available or were thousands of dollars more than listed, it was refreshing to come to a place that didn't seem shady. We got a good vibe from Derek (sp?), our sales associate. He got us through the process in a decent amount of time. The extended warranty is a very good deal. It's been a couple weeks and so far we are very happy with our purchase.

I went to “ Carmax “ to look at affordable used cars 🚙. No sales associates were interested in really showing me cars in my budget, so I walked the lot alone. Of all the cars there, I was lucky enough to find an automobile that was perfect 🚗. The purchasing process took about 3.5 hours even though I had my own financing. The moral to this story is be prepared to put in time and it will happen. Thanks for reading my review and a helpful thumbs up would let me know someone else reads these reviews.

Went there and had a great experience I’ve bought quite a few cars over the years and it’s always a big hassle and usually some kind of an argument over them trying to sneak in fees and screw you around. BUT at Carmax I got to say it was a flawless experience I dealt with Henry Penuela and he was really a great vibe and accommodating. I would send anyone to him. Thank you Henry!!! Every Car Max staff member I came into contact with either on the phone or in person through this process was professional and friendly. I am very happy with my new VW Atlas Premium Plus.
