I don’t live here but I’m visiting and I’m noticing how the neighbors above my aunt stomp a lot. I mean, it’s becoming very frustrating at this point especially if you have to go to work soon & that’s what you wake up to. I believe they’re kids, and I don’t have children, but kids are going to be doing a lot of playing, but all day? I can not even take a nap without hearing the stomps. I was looking for places to rent and this was in my list of choices but after being here for a few days, this small little experience just ruined it for me. But hey if you can handle that type of noise I give all props to you!

The apartments are very dirty and nasty out side. They do not clean up the outside nor pressure wash the stairs. They do not fix things when asked. They promise upgraded apartments, that is a lie. Then when you give them your notice to move out, they will not return any calls. After I moved, I made sure the cleaning was completed and paid for fixing anything that was broke or damaged. Nothing in my lease stated I needed to have the carpets cleaned or paint the walls. That is something they do evertime someone moves out. They stated in owed another 500$ after I moved.

Very Dirty and Money Hungry Place. This was my first ever apartment and probably going to be my last. The apartments were built very cheaply and poorly. The property was once nice until these kids came along and started destroying everything. I would say that they need cameras for the whole property. Wayyy to expensive as well. Rude Staff and when you request help with something they never show up. People here have no respect either someone’s fighting in the parking lot, smoking weed in the hallways, or destroying the property. The schools nearby are great though.

Rude staff and a money hungry company. If that’s what you want to spend your hard earned dollars on, this is the right complex for you. Make sure you read between the lines before you sign anything. These people are out to nickel and dime you for all that you’re worth and more. Do yourself a favor and stay out of this apartment home.
