Within the last year or so, I guess management had some cleaning up to do. It's now a more peaceful place to live now that drug activity is no more. I've been here for four years my apartment is nice and when I have a maintenance problem management sends someone right away, never waited more than three days I don't think. The women in the office are nice I haven't experience any rudeness out of them. Excellent location if you have no transportation, everything is in walking distance or a short bus ride.

This place is No place to live. That lady Maria in the office is one of the reason I left. The Apts are so outdated with 0 upgrades. Not to mention they raise there rent every year. Plus high late fee. The washer and dryer hardly ever clean your clothes because they are so old. I don't feel safe on the grounds. Leaving here is the best thing I did!!

This is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in! The staff is friendly, the maintenance people are prompt and fast, and my neighbors are absolutely awesome! They go to great lengths to maintain and take care of this property and are in the process of upgrading all the apartments and have already given the outside of the apartments a fresh coat of paint and brand new roofs. You'll find no complaints from this guy.
