This Wendy's at north lauderdale customer service was terrible, reason I order a 4 for 4 sandwich w/fruit punch for my son and 2 lemonade, they didn't give me the fruit punch, I went back to get the fruit punch, now it was a Jamaican guy with his missing front teeth at the window. I give him my receipt and tell him i didnt get my drink, He start helling at me and being combative at the window, tell me I want free drink. the guy was so rude my kids was in my car listening to this guy helling at me from the window.Wendy need to train him customer service. I won't go back for sure.

Man Wendy's v whether day or night is always a good choice. Fresh fries, good drink and man that burger....The baconator is as good as it gets. It's a nice size sandwich that actually fills u up without breaking the bank. I'll definitely be back for round 2

If I can put 0 stars and just leave a review I would. I am so livid with this place it’s not even funny. This Wendy’s has the worst service and there is always an issue with my order. My husband constantly wants to go to this Wendy’s because it’s the closes one to our home. It’s February 28, 2022, and I placed an order at this Wendy’s between 8:30 PM and 8:40 PM. First, while placing my order the lady taking my order seemed to have an attitude from the time she asked can she take my order. I asked for a number nine (large) no ice for the drink and a number eleven (large) no bacon. The worker repeated my order to me twice and I confirmed. When I get to the window they hand me one large drink and one small. I informed the worker at the window that both drinks was large he looks at the order says the menu states you got a small. I told him my order was repeated to me and I looked at the screen reading what you guys was placing as my order and it said larger. The worker snatched the drink out my hand and proceeded to get me make a large except he placed the wrong drink. If it was my drink I would of taken it but it was my husband’s I let the worker know and he caught and attitude with me. After when my food was handed to me he threw it at me. Then when I got home a it had one fry and it was small the other fries was missing and my food was a number eight with bacon.

Horrible service. I'm still at the unit been here 8 to 9 minutes still waiting. Just terrible I haven't tried the food yet and I hope it's not like the service. Don't even contact me. I've been coming here for 20 something years. I don't want anything and it's nothing you can do. It is to be expected. I just happened to live by bye here.
