Her name is Virgina… & her lack of empathy, disrespect, unkindness and inappropriate behavior is why I decided to post this review. My 1 year old fell asleep in the car and when I parked in the Coral Ridge mall parking lot. I left the car running with the AC on to go get his stroller in the trunk. My driver door close and my car locked. I panicked but thank Goodness there was a kind person name Maria who let me use her phone to call my husband to call AAA. I was unable to reach him. She had to go into the post office and when I went in to ask to use the Post office phone the gentleman was so kind and offered me their phone. At this time my son was still asleep in the car I had decided that calling 911 would only cause panic and hysteria with my 1 year old if they broke my window. As the gentleman from the USPS hands me the phone I ask if he had AAA phone number and “Virgina” Inserted herself and said why don’t I call 911. I told her because I don’t want my window broken. Immediately she responded with “which is more important a child or the window” … I was already upset that I had mistakenly locked my son in the car but this lady with her judgment and lack of knowledge in what I was going through was so inappropriate. I asked her to please stop talking to me and she got offended. She told me that I don’t have a right to tell her to be quiet and she was doing to do whatever damn thing she wants to do. Wow!!! I am not kidding. My son is in the running car sleeping and I am panicking and in distress and this “Virgina” that works at the Post office has decided this is the time to puff out her chest and her combative with me. I than proceed to apologize to her and called out her name “Virgina”… I told her that I am sorry for offending her but she was not helping the situation she was only escalating it. She still choose to be combative and that’s when I ignored her. Maria who let me use her phone outside offered me her phone again, help me contact AAA and they were there in 10 minutes. My sleeping one year did not even notice I was missing. I am only writing this because I feels like the post office does not do anything to reprimand their employees and on this situation I was just needing kindness and not judgment and fighting. I would have thought since “Virgina” was a elderly woman she would have been the 1st to give that but I thought wrong. I won’t be visiting this post office in the near future. Very disappointing to experience this treatment in a business I always thought that I could trust.

Very disappointed!! On 12/16/21 around 10:30am I witnessed where The African American worker( 60 years old) telling the customer to never come back because she didn't want to wait on her anymore. What kind of worker is this? telling a customer not to come back.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Apparently it’s not required to scan a parcel when dropping it at the post office. 48 hours later and it’s still not tracking. What’s the point of a tracking label. But mostly it’s the attitude of the staff at this post office. No code of conduct and just plain rude and unhelpful.
