The AMC Dine-In Coral Ridge 10 theater was very disappointing. It's a beautiful theater with reclining seats and a bar and all the frills. But they have a service problem. It looks like a fun place to work. But there seems to be more socializing amongst employees than work occurring. I don't think the concept of picking up your popcorn essentially at the kitchen really works. The attendance seem to be malingering at that station and by the time they realize they're there to serve customers the popcorn that you receive is cold and stale. The number of showings per new release was adequate. But the highlight was the theater cleanup staff. They did a great job.

It’s my first time at dine in theaters and I think it’ll be my last, For the first 15-20minutes after the movie started is not good because the people who ordered food started to get their orders and the servers have to walk to their seats and it blocks the screen. Also chairs are almost the same height level so some person’s head in front of you blocks the screen. Food are decent. And if you decided to order Don’t forget to get napkin beforehand because they don’t give you one and your hands will be sticky trough out the movie from all that food you touch unless you want to go to bathroom and missed part of the movie . I will stick to regular cinema. No more dine in theaters for me.

My new movie place!! Small theater with great customer service. Seats are comfortable and include a small table for your drink and popcorn. Customer service was amazing the staff was very polite and nice. Plenty of parking, and with great variety of food to order not just popcorn. I will definitely go back.

Chairs/loungers were damaged and need a detailed cleaning. I love the concept of eating a burger or meal with the swivel table, but with more cup holders food trays brings more wear an tear the workers will need to spend more time cleaning, and it shows. We ordered 2 drinks and a popcorn to be delivered at 2:30 to my seats (when the movie starts). We got it delivered around 2:45, ok not the end of the world. Wasn't a big deal but the popcorn was cold old and partially burnt. Drinks were great, movie was awsome. Overall execution needs a few details addressed but a decent movie theater to visit.
