I just Ordered a pepperoni pizza from your branch and after a 30ish minutes of “quality checking” it had no pepperoni on it ??? Although the burnt black bacon was a great touch. It allowed the soggy crust and sprinkling of cheese to shine through. I tried to correct it on the APP and on the customer support line bot terminated in a dead end but this seems to be the standard of domino’s these day’s ? Or should we start calling it Dead-o’s ? Why shine above the rest when it’s easier to just sink to their low level of customer service and quality? Now the 3.1stars make sense clearly managed by someone who got gold medals for last place ?

When ordering online they will not even call you to tell you that they cannot deliver. Most of the time they do not even answer their telephones! I have had three orders where I was sitting around waiting till 9:30 10:00 at night because they didn't have enough drivers, and they did not call me to inform me

I looked down in the comments and found out similar issues in service and calls. I believe the person is the same person as the one I talked to. lost 19 dollars for an 18-dollar pizza and never got the pizza. They said it was delivery. I never did delivery...

Horrible service...Ordered a pizza waited 1 hour...when check it stated it was delivered .my wife never received the order. I went to the store to inquire about the pizza...Assist manager explained to wait til the driver returned. I waited and the driver stated he divered it but wouldn't give me a description to whom because it wasn't my wife....Horrible
