This place decides to close whenever it wants, I’m assuming. Placed an order online at 830, went to pick up up at 845 (after I received an alert saying it was ready)- all the lights where off, door locked & 1 employee wiping counters & ignoring me blatantly. The hours of operation on the door say till 11pm. & I was still charged the $20. Get it together yall

The pizza has always been good but you are better off downloading the app and ordering the pizza that way for carry out it’s the only fast and efficient way you’ll get pizza. I took two stars away because: there’s no such thing as getting somebody on the phone it’s impossible to have an order put through the phone you’re not gonna get in contact with anyone and also because they still offer curbside service but they don’t participate in it no one comes out you have to get down and get into the store. The pizza itself is fine but just order off the app instead.

We specifically asked for contactless delivery because I was just in a bad car accident and didn’t want to rush to the door.. the delivery man banged on the door so loud and 3 times! Then tried to leave with our pizza! On top of that the pizza was cold and raw… and the manager refused to refund. Customer service went down the drain.. one less place I’m going to.

It was bad. Ordered pie with extra cheese, extra mushrooms + other stuff on half. Judge for yourself whether there was extra anything (We ate some of it because we were starving) So tried the dessert. Only halfway sliced and whoever sliced it used utensils covered in garlic butter. Into the trash it went. Called to complain. A guy named Javier offered a 50% credit if i called in by phone, that they weren't connected with online ordering. I politely declined and decided to review them instead. Turns out that the reviews are really bad. I should have read them first.
