Won't be stopping here anymore. Was bad enough with all those bothering me for a handout and trying to avoid crime with their useless security guard. Now, no bathrooms. Not acceptable for a place that serves food. Wawa your locations in Broward County are shameful and dirty. So disappointing. Wawa isn't what it used to be in PA.

Lets start off with the food service workers and their section of operation. Please tell me why most if not all of the workers use the same gloves they initially put on their entire shift without changing them per order? Why aren't the work areas wiped down with a clean sanitizing cloth as food scraps are collected per use, counter top, microwave, food storage areas hot n cold etc.? Why when ordering hot items the customer is told "we donot have anymore of this or that" , but we are not offered substituted replacements or cost decreases? Why workers put on gloves without washing their hands with soap and water and thoroughly drying them Why are serving utensils sitting in a liquid solution but is removed without rinsing and thoroughly drying them before using? PLEASE DONOT LET SEBASTIAN IN THE FOOD SERVICE AREA EVERY AGAIN (NEVER)! Please open second and third register when there are 10 or more people in a line. Please assign a dedicated person to receive, execute and complete uber orders ONLY (Please). I spend a lot of money per week shopping at wawa for gas, perishable and non-perishable items as well as miscellaneous things. Please take the food service crew back to class and training. We the customer are at risk for food and air-borne illnesses. Most of important allow the lead supervisors and higher-ups to delegate tasks and services to the employees with the necessary skills, knowledge and speed. Thank you wawa for all that you do but the above issues need to be reviewed and implemented.

I will not even discuss how they don’t know how to deal with inventory - that’s an entire discussion, But the people that work behind the sandwich counter have no idea how to deal with time management, delegation of duties, and how to make a sandwich. They are the worst. Corporate needs to come and train them. Feel free to contact me

I absolutely love this place. I come to charge my Tesla here which already puts this station on the top of the list as it serves literally everyone. I also come here for daily coffee and breakfast. Incredible prices and quality together with friendly staff makes this a happy visit every morning. I am an athlete and can build a bowl or sandwich with egg whites and veggies and even get to see the total calories before ordering. Sometimes even order ahead thru the app and my order is ready before I arrive. They even bring it out to your car if you want. Unbelievable! Also incredible prices! My only complain is that this seems to be a shelter for endless amounts of homeless people but this isn't quite their fault.
