Moved to The Boulevard from Illinois. We are in a transition year, figuring out where to buy or build. Liz was a very helpful resource in helping to ease the transition of moving to another state. Moved here sight unseen. Liz was very patient, courteous as she guided us through this process of renting an apartment. It was and is certainly appreciated. We felt welcomed, and were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the apartment - it was clean. Move-in ready. It's only been a week, so haven't used the many amenities yet, but we plan to. I feel the noise level is better than I expected an apartment to be. Haven't met people yet, but everyone smiles at you and seems friendly. Complex is close to anything you could need. Nice to walk to places also. Short drive to the beach. Great location.

Carpets and floors were cleaned promptly when I spoke with management asking to get them deep cleaned. Andrea, the property manager, was very kind and professional. She showed great interest and professionalism as she listened to our concerns. She even came to evaluate the apartment herself. Job was completed within a few days. The carpets and floors are now immaculate.

Came to The Boulevard as I am looking to move into a new place. Before scheduling my appointment, Elizabeth was very helpful over the phone. When I got there, she was actually presents, informative, pleasant and very helpful. She was a terrific agent, was not pushy whatsoever and it was overall a pleasure to deal with her. I'm not sure whether I am going to end up leasing here, but I'm leaving a positive review because of the positive experience I had. If I do end up living here I would be sure to update my review to reflect it.

Call the office, i have seen larger dogs here that were in the dog park they have on grounds. But best bet... call office for deposits and fees!! Good luck to you and happy home hunting!!
