I can't say enough about my experience from start to finish. Kellie Kaser (KK) is the BEST! From the moment she answered my first call to move in day, she was positive, helpful, and overall above and beyond! She even called me back when the apartment we were talking about went under reserve and she had another one ready to go. Moving from Kentucky to Florida and trying to finding an apartment was scary and difficult, but KK and Jamie made it a smooth transition.

Just want to give a shout out to all the wonderful tram drivers at Imperial Palms especially Ed Webb. He's super friendly and helpful. And always goes out of his way to help the residents. The tram service is just one of the excellent amenities offered at Imperial Palms Apts.

I really appreciate Jim Metzger in Life Enrichment. His energy is infectious and He always goes the extra mile for me and my fellow residents. He plans exciting activities. Jim is a outstanding employee and I am blessed to also call him my friend !! Additionally, I wanted to compliment Robin in Life Enrichment for her creativity and energy in making life fun and enjoyable for our residents, too. She is definitely 5 star ! All of our Tram Drivers Michael, Ed, Will & Tom always are there to lend a helpful hand and provide transportation to everyone at a moment notice. They are all great and Five star as well !! There is another team member that always gives me 5 star service, Joan Helms in maintenance. Her upbeat & cheery attitude is refreshing to me. Joan always dispatches maintenance help to me rapidly whenever I have a problem in my apartment. I really enjoy living at Imperial Palms. This coming August will be 7 years since I moved here !! I like to think Howard part of the maintenance team for a great job coming in and taking care of of the clogged drain that I had in the kitchen and I’d like to also thank Alex another maintenance gentleman for all the work that he’s done also with the putting in the brand new toilets the maintenance guys are amazing the front office is very good and they’re amazing too haven’t had any problems staff try to stay on top of things it’s a busy place it’s great to live here I’m enjoying it…

Hello Geraldo, no you are not required to be 55 + to rent at Imperial Palms Apartments.
There is no restaurant on site, however there is several options that are within walking distance! We often host residents events with snacks and meals on site that all residents are welcome to attend (this is put on hold currently due to COVID-19)
We do not have a car was located within the community, however, there is several options nearby Imperial Palms to wash your car!
