We were verbally assaulted outside the steps by the white male employee who was smoking outside the establishment, not 10 ft from the entrance as per city regulations. The female employee inside was sweet and tried to apologize for him but we had to leave as he was intentionally picking a fight with a group of women.

The bookstore worker was so helpful. She checked three separate times for a book for me and found it in the store. It was so kind and thoughtful. Also, I loved the vibe of this place. I wish nothing but the best for this business.
