There's a Popeye's closer to my house, but I come out of my way to this one. The customer service is 10x better. Kudos to Brittany the Assistant Manager customer service A+! I had a special request on my order and I had to wait but she came out to let me know the status. She was friendly, professional and she kept a smile! Also shout out to the young man at the window very respectful and polite!!!

Not sure why they ask what you want when it's never right. Simple order 5 piece tender spicy with mash potatoes and a large Diet coke. What I received was regular tenders fries and a small regular coke

Every single time I go to this Popeyes location I have a problem with my order. They always short orders on the chicken and put incorrect pieces in the meals, at least a dozen times they have not given me something that I have paid for. The staff are friendly but apparently incompetent and seemingly cannot even count to four. Yesterday I went through the drive thru at lunch and paid for a four piece meal which should include a breast, a thigh, a drum and a wing but instead I only got a breast and two wings. By the time I got back to work it was too late to try and get back to Popeyes to have the order fixed. This happens all the time at this Popeyes and honestly I’m just done and never want to go back to any Popeyes because of this.

The employees were very polite & helpful. I order our food through the drive-throu The smell coming from around the drive-throu was horrid .when I pulled up to the window to pay ,the employees greeted us with warm greetings, but it was hard to keep my window open the smell was all around the building. The shutters are falling off, the paint is peeling. It really needs a upgrade Ok , I ordered the classic chicken sandwich meal. The fries are hard & greasy. The bun & chicken are soaked in grease.
