I want to commend a driver I just saw deliver a package to my neighbor in Kennebunkport. It is snowing steadily this morning, and no one has had a chance to clear their driveway. My neighbor's house is at the top of a steep driveway, and the driver apparently didn't want to chance a mishap driving up, so he parked at the bottom of the driveway, hoisted a heavy pet food box on his shoulder and ran through the snow to the house. That's incredible service worth more than 5 stars!

The past 3 days I have had packages Rrive at their facility and be out for delivery only for them to turn around and delay them 3 days in a row. I'm not impressed by Biddeford FedEx. If you can't deliver the packages send them to Portland FedEx at least I know I will get them the same day they say they are out for delivery!
