You pay for 2 day priority mail and it takes over a week to send a 6oz box 3 hours south of you . I should have to driven there . UPS is way more reliable

If I could give a no star review I absolutely would first of all the people that work here are absolutely rudeI had to overnight a letter to our local courthouse and I was there one minute before closing and the guy slammed the door in my face that covers the counter and told me come back tomorrow! When it was so very important that my mail got sent out today! But being in such a rush to Close down the post office two minutes early is so very very very rude. It’s a government organization though it doesn’t surprise me one bit

I've been in twice in the weeks leading up to the holidays and you can tell the staff is working non-stop. Both visits were during the day and took less than 40 minutes each. There are usually 2 counters open and most people are taken care of in under 5 minutes. Despite how much traffic was going through it was pretty tidy and stocked but I would recommend adding a trashcan by the boxing station or making it more visible. The woman that helped me today noticed the fancy stamps I was using and suggested some fun options when I replenished. The other woman working was being so patient and helpful with an elderly customer shipping a gift, the clerk even found a less expensive shipping option. Support the USPS!

Terrible Delivery Service The delivery drivers do not pay attention to addresses, apartment numbers, or names on our mail/packages. We have to deliver our neighbors’ mail to correct the poor attention, and we have had our neighbors deliver our mail as well. Packages are thrown or smashed in doors. When location is reported, the packages are not where it should be. This has been occurring before the pandemic. It’s really disappointing to know that our city postal service doesn’t respect the community.
