I have lived here over a year now and resigned my lease. I have been very pleased with this living situation. I am single with two dogs and feel very safe and at home here. Just far enough outside of town to feel like I’m “going home” and close enough to run an errand when needed. The office/maintenance staff and team are always helpful and present on grounds all day long, they are polite and friendly and care about your needs here. Since the beginning I have been super impressed with how well they care for the actual property and grounds. Love this place.

I do not live here, but I just want to give a BIG shout out to the Leasing Coordinator, Emily Hix after our experience with her! She is absolutely AMAZING! She has been such a great resource, assisting my fiancé and I, in finding a short term apartment to rent. Emily has gone above and beyond what her job requires her to do to help us. She is kind, patient, and willing to listen to what her potential renters need. I cannot say enough great things about her! If you are looking for a place to live where the employees CARE about their residents, look no further. Emily is all you'll need!

We moved to the The Village almost 3 years ago. We had every intention of staying only a year until we found a house. We absolutely love living here and feel this is home. All the residents are also so nice and friendly, and the apartments are outstanding. The maintenance staff (Araz & Anthony) do an amazing job keeping the complex very clean. We are so happy to call this place our home!
