I really enjoy this Starbucks location. The staff is super nice & the store is very large. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the location can be a little tricky to get in & out of since you are right off the interstate, on a main road in Ooltewah. The music can also be a touch loud for some folks (myself included) if you're there when the store isn't super crowded. Besides those 2 pretty small things, it's a great spot!

Have you seen plain hot coffee latte colored close to white and taste like milk and water. Hurry you can find it here. Mocha Frappuccino color is also light orange

Tried a vanilla Frappuccino in my vintage color-changing confetti cup. Excellent! I’ll add a flavor like raspberry next time, it was a little bland at the end. Still top notch.

Always like to try things that employees recommend. Asked a gentleman what suggestions he had based off what I normally would get. He was extremely informative, quick, happy, professional and clear. Felt very confident in what we came up with for my order. It was delicious...
