If I could give zero stars I would! This Dunkin’ is by far the worst. A week ago I went, expecting it to be busy since it was 8am but 20 minutes in the drive thru, then another 5 minutes to sit at the window and see my drink just sitting there while 1 out of the 3 workers that were there just stood with his back to the window. Finally I screamed load enough to get his attention and he opened the window with an attitude and asked if I need something, I responded with a point to my drink, he handed it to me and slammed the window. Waited a week and went back. This time drive thru line was long again so I go inside. 10 minutes and no one takes my order. Finally it was taken along with 2 others behind me. Wait 10 more minutes, only ordered a drink, and the second person behind me gets their drink before me. She ordered the same thing I did except I didn’t want the whipped topping on mine. When I get the drink it had way to much milk in it and now enough mocha flavor. Definitely will not be back to this location

This DD is the GREATEST DD in the East TN area. The Staff is great and go above and beyond to make your drink, food and experience the BEST possible it can be. I highly recommend this DD to everyone. The Iced Latte's are always on point as well as food is always right. I have never had an issue with this DD like I do with others.

The employees here have been nothing but sweet, hardworking, and just amazing human beings in general! The coffee always comes out better and better each day. The food is fantastic. And to make it all worth it, the employees have you leaving with a smile on your face everyday. If it was a tiny mistake, they fix it immediately with a good laugh. If there was a big mistake, they have no hesitation to fix it and have you leaving happy. I will forever run on Dunkin!

Although MY drink was great, my coworker got this "wake-up wrap"... I don't want to wake up to this soggy bacon...but to be fair, they have been short-handed for a while now (like most of America's businesses at this time). They were extremely busy and usually I have a 5-star experience at this location and the staff , when not super busy, can be very friendly and i like coming here every day if i get a chance. Just stay away from some of the breakfast food and stick to coffee and doughnuts 👌🍩☕
