I now know why my husband loved taking our car to Honda Fox in Auburn: service expedited by Tami. What a pro she is in getting things done and going the extra mile. On a recent very hot day my Pilot would not start as I sat in a parking lot nearby. I had a car full of groceries from Aldis and as I struggled to figure out why my car, would not even turn over, I worried my groceries would spoil. After troubleshooting items listed in the manual, nothing seemed to work. Typically I would have called my husband but he had suddenly died four months ago so he was not there to bail me out. Finally I called Honda and asked for Tami, who my husband had always said did such a great job. Good move. Tami gently calmed me down and suggested I get the car towed to them. I called AAA and the truck arrived pretty quickly. Tami helped me carry my perishable Groceries from the car to the cool air conditioned lounge. She got my car into the shop fairly fast where it got hooked up to a diagnostic machine as the problem was proving to be elusive. Tami would come out often to let me know what was going on. I wanted to stay hoping it would get fixed so I could drive the car home. After two hours Tami said they would call their shuttle for me to take me home – a Service they provide free to their customers. They had found the problem but needed to order a part and hoped it would be there the next day. So I went home after she had helped me carry the heavy bags of groceries to the shuttle. The next morning I got a call from Tami. My car was ready and she had ordered the shuttle to pick me up. She explained everything..the remote lock system had failed and had drained the battery. She added their mechanic was excellent with years of experience. I was so thankful she was able to expedite the repairs and especially grateful for her attention and concern. Will I continue to go to Fox Honda? You bet.

My sales associate Alex really tried to get me the best deal. He put up with a lot of going back and forth and even had to listen to a cranky baby. How ever I was lied to about turning in my lease. Yes they do want your older car, but they won't give you as much back as possible. The Sales Manager definitely wasn't willing to budge and was not as kind as the last 2 times I went. This was my 3rd time going to them because I thought it be well worth my trip, I went home with a new car, but definitely not happy with not being treated as great as the last 2 times.

3yrs ago I got a lease from them. It was the easiest car I lease. Today traded my car in for another lease. Since I live 2hrs away everything was done in 3 hrs. The staff helpful and friendly. Steve Hannah was my dealer and did a terrific job. Thank you Fox Honda you have a faithful customer.
