I was a resident there for a while. I was getting beat up and my stuff stole from other residents. When I told the staff I didn't feel safe and that I was being hurt they told me to write a formal complaint and put it in a box they have. I did. And nothing ever happened. I went and told them again and I was told that I was lying and that violence isn't allowed there. Yet when it's reported they do nothing. Please use caution if you nowhere else to go. THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE.

Do they get money for veterans being there

Yes, they get almost double from VA for homeless vets than soc ser homeless.

I was wondering how many people you get in on a daily basis. I want to hand out 85 infinity scarfs I crocheted myself to homeless, needy people. I tried to do this last year but with no luck from Syracuse. I would like to see the people in need.

We actually have 2 shelters totaling about 35 people (men and women) and also 25 apartments that we work with individuals and families coming out of homelessness. We serve approximately 75 people on any given day through all programs combined.

I would go to the emergency room and see if a hospital social worker can assist.
