I don't normally write reviews - but my experience has been so bad here I thought it necessary. I have been to this Sally's 4-5 times. Each time, I see the same lady, who I am presuming is the owner or manager. She stands there and texts while you wait to check out. She seems irritated by the fact that there are customers in the store. Each time I have brushed it off and assumed she's having a bad day but this has been repetitive and I have finally decided to take my business elsewhere.
