This is my FAVORITE Chinese I have ever had!!! I got the Dragon Phoenix S08. It had just the right amount of spice to it, nothing overbearing. I also got some stuff for my grandma. My gma has been in the hospital down here for almost 2/3 weeks and she would barely eat, when I brought this back? She. Chowed. Down. She ended up getting the sesame chicken. They had my order ready and HOT as soon as I walked through the door, very clean business in the front.

General Tso's chicken is absolutely incredible!!! Ask for a side of Fried rice and you won't regret it!!! Only complaint I have is every now and then the broccoli isn't cooked however the chicken is incredible! DO NOT get the sushi they have AMAZING chinese food

A friend and I went out to lunch Cj Chan's is a favorite of ours. I am vegetarian and here I have options. The vegetables are super fresh as are their fortune cookies. The service is fast and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

I must agree with others that CJ Chan is the best Chinese restaurant in the country. Their sushi was incredible. The General Tso's chicken was delicious and their plum wine was the best I have ever tasted. I highly recommend this spot to anyone for great Chinese food.

Sushi in its most basic form is vinegar’d rice and seaweed, so uncooked rice would be seldom served. If you are talking fish, raw fish is called SASHIMI.
Excellent and thorough. Dining room is closed. They have constructed a plexiglass and wood box to slide the food through to you once they've verified your order through the intercom.
Not within range of the Restaurant but there are several in Dayton Hospice which is very close.
