The best thing to do is contact 211 Maine by dialing 211 from any phone. They will be able to help you find resources right in your community.

A few places you can reach out to include calling 211 from any phone (or you can text them at 898211) and they can absolutely point you in the right direction. You can also try Salvation Army, local churches, local food banks, or your local town office. I hope you are able to find that assistance you need.
