We took our son to play some arcade games and have a fun evening out with him. But when we got there they had closed the arcade counter. Which is fine I suppose, I get it, employees are hard to keep these days. But half the games he wanted to play just kept eating coins and none of them gave any tickets (which we couldn't have used anyways due to the counter being closed) when I went into the bar area to ask about help for the machines they seemed annoyed to be bothered with it and said they were just going to close the arcade. They said they were having some supposedly famous performer that night and didn't need to deal with the other issues. Sent me on my way with some quarters, a couple stickers and a "credit" for a few hundred tickets. Which I couldn't use at the moment and are also useless because I won't be back. Not if that's how they treat families out trying to have a fun night together. Super disappointing but now I know to go elsewhere if we want to have fun playing as a family vs coming as a fan of someone "famous" enough to agree to play at the bangor mall.. sorry they were overwhelmed with their event but how you treat your customers matters, regardless of what part of your business they are there to try and enjoy. If you want them to come back that is.

The things I love about G-Force is that it’s a great and awesome place too go and hang out with your friends and family. It’s a great place to play arcade games that are fun to play and earning tickets to get awesome prizes to earn and an amazing laser tag arena to play and shoot lasers at your friends and then theirs there food I would recommend getting the food here the pizza is delicious and so is the other food as well like the burgers and chicken tenders there great to eat. I hope you guys like this review and enjoy G-Force as much as I do

We had a birthday party with laser tag for my 9 year old! Best party we have ever had! The staff were awesome- very friendly and helpful! The food- pizza and drinks was great- the chef even made me- the mom a special treat for being the mom of the birthday boy! We will definitely be back! They did an amazing job! Thanks everyone for making his day special!

Finally got to spend an hour or so at G-Force Entertainment and we were thrilled! We couldn't believe the selection of games packed into their arcade! It was pretty cool to have all the favorites packed into one place! I was a little sad to see that there weren't any plushies at the ticket counter, but that's minor. We didn't have time to explore the ace throwing and laser tag, but it did look pretty awesome in passing! Overall, we had a great time and we look forward to many more! Definitely a great reason to visit the Bangor Mall and have some fun!
