I've been shopping at Hannaford in Biddeford for the past 4 years. The past few months the store seems to be falling apart. I recently purchased a Panera soup that was expired by a month( discovered only after I had eaten some). Last week there wasn't a single cart in the store.Even after they were made aware not one employee went outside to retrieve any. ONE SHOPPING CART!!! Customers were using two hand baskets with child in tow. The deli changes their hours everyday (7-6,7-5,7-6:15 etc)! If they're going to randomly close the least they could do is properly stock the presliced meats/cheese and salad. The rolls I've been purchasing from the bakery section for ever now have been hit or miss. But today they were literally balled up in a doughy mess. The fruit section is constantly bare unless of course you only eat bananas. I realize that Maine is experiencing a worker shortage but I don't see that as an excuse for a grocery store like Hannaford to be this inconsistent. The manager clearly either hates her job or hates people in general. This may seem like a harsh statement but after witnessing and experiencing her wonderfulness myself,I believe it to be true. I've seen her completely dismiss a man with a wave of her hand because he didn't speak English very well. That grossed me out even more than my expired soup!I happily helped him and can only hope he doesn't think all Mainers are that ignorant. The manager NEVER has even a hint of happiness on her face or in the tone of her voice. She's downright rude. I've been contemplating writing this for some time now or even calling corporate but I'm just one voice, one tiny person. So I guess I'm going to start shopping at the Saco Hannaford and hope they're a little more put together than what once was my favorite grocery store. RIP BIDDEFORD HANNAFORD!!!!!

I always have to scan the bakery area at Hannaford. Whoopie pies, carrot cake slices and so many other tasty treats for my sweet tooth.

This store seems like it's in transition of a remodel. Floors are ripped up and filled in with polyurethane in several places, a lot of blue tape on the floor marking where structures should be. Still they managed to keep the store clean and easy to navigate. I can't wait to see what it looks like when it's done.

Yes they have many different Entemann products. Including the creme puffs
As of summer 2022, we're still masking when we travel. At this Hannaford's, we saw more than the average number of people wearing masks. The store seemed impeccably clean, and some of the store's staff were wearing masks, as well. We felt very comfortable in this large store, and it had a nice, upscale atmosphere.
They have the Creton but I don't think they carry the boudin. You can order the Creton through Hannaford Togo that way you can make sure it's in stock.
Online grocery service. You order it, and pick up outside the store.
