This steak and shake has really gone down big time. They are still acting like we are in the pandemic. No waitresses and you have to go up and ask for everything. If you ask for more than 4 ketchup they ridicule you and tell you that this one big packet is 5 of these mayonnaise. I don't care I wanted 4 packets of ketchup because I knew they would be used. Steak and shake in dalton used to be big time and now it's gotten worse than McDonald's.

It is a shame to see what this place has become. Gone are the days of old. I remember the steak-n-shake commercials that said you sit and rest while we do the work. Well that is no longer the case. The food is a vague resemblance of what it use to be. Mcdonalds is better than this place and that is saying alot.

I just drove by and I am pregnant so I thought I’d get some Steak ‘n Shake. I ordered the number 1 and I asked for a Large. I also ordered a large strawberry milkshake. Well the whipped cream was no where to be found and they gave me a small order of fries than a large. This is not okay. It just feels like people on not paying attention to the customers orders. As I noticed there were teens in the building at this time.
