I would stay away from this place at all costs. Not only are the staff patronizing and unprofessional, but the rooms are filthy and unsanitary beyond any reasonable standard. I checked in with my friend while traveling on a road trip and we selected Days Inn as it was the best rated for the price point…but that is incredibly misleading. Upon checking in, we immediately found a dead cockroach on the table. We tried to shrug that off as we had a long day and I headed to the shower…where I found heavily stained towels and another love cockroach on the ceiling. I went down to the front office to see if we can be moved to another room or get a cleaner, both of which were denied. The following morning, I went to the front desk to ask for a manager, as I’d always like to give a company a chance to rectify an issue before leaving a review…the women at the front desk, Brianna, dismissively told me the manager wasn’t in and she wouldn’t do anything without the manger. After much insistence, I was told if I left my number, I would get a call back within 24 hours…which I never received. Still undeterred, I called the hotel back three weeks later and reached Brianna again, who was equally as dismissive and yet again informed me the illusive, never present manager…was still not there…and all she could do was again take my number and have the “manager” Marry call me back…which she again never did. I would highly suggest taking your business to the Super 8, Holiday Inn or any of the many Raddison hotels in the same area for a cheaper price, more cleanliness and a more responsive and caring staff. A Motel 6 would be better, and I don’t say that lightly. Edit: Approximately 10 minutes after posting this review I was finally contacted by management and I was issued a refund. Thank you. I have updated the star rating accordingly. For anyone who has tried to reach the hotel repeatedly to no avail, I recommend leaving a review.

Perfect location, rooms have a lot to be desired. Door lock missing and door doesn't seal, I could see outside. Bathroom needed a thorough cleaning.

Bed was comfortable but that was the best thing about our room. Fan over the tub looked like it was falling down, no outlets to use. Parking is very weird for where our room was located. Breakfast wasn't ready on time, could only get enough batter for half a waffle and when they finally put the sausage out it was cold. Definitely not worth the price.

Very polite and courteous staff. The couch and the mattress weren't horrible but they needed upgrading. Room was clean and hotel location is great. The breakfast was very enjoyable too.👍😊
