I wanted a "ballpark" estimate of the cost to clear my kitchen drain. You would not provide. I needed quick resolution. They were here aprox 40 minutes to snake the drain. I think $300 is exorbitent. I dont think I'll call Mr Rooter again.

Great job with installing new water heater. Came out sand day that we called them. A little more expensive than what we were anticipating for a 50 gallon water heater ($2069) but that’s probably just a sign of inflation. Overall very happy with the new water heater.

The technician, Jonathan, made his way our location within a very reasonable time. Considering it was the same day we made the request this was very nice. He gave us a best/worse case scenario and we made the decision to replace the unit. He wasn't pushy or salesman-like. He was honest about our questions and concerns. Once he got started he was very accepting of me watching the process. We had great conversation as he worked and it was, overall, a very pleasant experience. I will be going to them again next time I need my plumbing needs met.

After having already have called 2 different plumbing companies and the issue not found or resolved we called Mr. Rooters for one of our residents having a sewage back up issue. The technician Joe was very professional, polite, and went above and beyond for our resident to not only find and fix the problem but also check other issues while he was there that our resident mentioned. Joe was very precise, courteous, clean, and quick to diagnose and resolve the issue where other companies were not able to do so. They even came out the same day we called to get the job done, no waiting for days for an appointment was also wonderful.
