My wife and I loved the play. Found it original and wonderful. The musical accompaniment was enchanting…very professional, and enhanced the experience of the evening. If we could afford it, we would come again!

Until last week, I felt pretty safe at Portland Stage. Last year they installed special air filtration, we were masked and they seated us with Physical Distancing. Last week they checked vaccine cards and folks were masked, but there was no Physical Distancing at all. We were seated right next to strangers. And the woman a few seats away on our other side was seated next to strangers. There was plenty of room on the sides of the aisle and in the back. With the virus numbers about the highest ever this is very disturbing.

Great venue! WOW! This is a cast of incredibly musically talented people! I'm so glad I got the opportunity to see them! The Cash family would be proud and I think Johnny would have been humbled by the appreciation the cast and audiences show his lifes' work!

I parked in a parking garage across the street from the theater. Easy in and out. It requires a credit card to get in, and it charges you when you leave.
Check out all the homeless junkie bums all over this area. That's fun.

Depends on the production! Some are 90 mins, others 2 hours. If the show is for 2pm they will start on time at 2pm. I'd expect to be out by 4 on avg
Parking garage more or less across the street. Pay lot next door. Both relatively expensive. On-street parking Can be found but often scarce; meters are free after 6:00, however.
