Local gem of Avalon; not commercialized like much of the island, but still outstanding service, food, and drinks! I’ve had the local namesake “Buffalo Milk” at a couple of different restaurants, but this one is my favorite! Also highly recommend the ceviche and calamari!

A hidden gem. For those that fly via iex helicopters, this place is awesome. Free shuttle to Avalon. So drink, eat, be merry! Just know that pretty aggressive bees and wasps will want your food during the summer months outside. They don't sting. But they annoy. July to September. Eat inside. Other months, outside.

I have been to this place before on previous trips to Catalina. I went here last week with a group of friends on 10/27/21. We decided to meet and we were the only people outside. Service was very very slow to get our. They brought bottled water to our table and charges $3.75 per bottle. Out of all the places we ate at Avalon they were the only ones to bring bottled water and charges the outrageous amount! The waiter did not want to take the water back. Next it took a long time to get her food you would think the place was packed. Our original waiter drop the menus and we never saw him again. They refused to take her order for each couple and put it on one bill. This made it very difficult for us to pay for our meal!! We had to break the bill down ourselves and that was a pain. We all like to give a generous tip but they made sure they put it in the bill and I know that is common in some places! Don't waste your time!
