I’ve used waterpiks for about a decade. I have never had one of these things last more than 2 years. The button that stops the flow of water always gets stuck after a year or so. This has happened in every single one of the waterpiks I’ve had over the past 10 years, and I’ve gone through 6 of these now. I don’t understand how the design could be this poor.

I needed a replacement part for my shower head. I called the 1-800 line for customer service on 12/28/20. The nice lady on the phone said it would take 1-2 weeks to ship and arrive, which was understandable with it being Christmas and COVID times. Little did I know I was in for a nice surprise... The part came to my door (I'm in Canada) on 12/31 by FedEx. Part is installed and shower working like new! Very impressed with this company!

We have two Whitening Flossers. The WF-05 is very similar to the Aquarius model. However, the Aquarius models do not have the special chamber in the handle for the Whitening Tablets.

To find where a particular product is sold you can go to https://www.waterpik.com/, go to the product page of the product you are interested in and click the Shop Now button (e.g. White Aquarius Water Flosser https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/products/dental-water-flosser/WP-660/). Then you will see a pop-up box with retailers listed. There is a Waterpik online store, it will be included in the list of retailers.
